PSL announced the list of players in the draft on Monday. This year in the draft of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2019, players like Sandeep Lamichanne, Paras Khadka are also in the draft along with 6 other players. The list of 8 Nepali players are in draft of Pakistan Super League 2019.
Nepali Players in PSL 2019 Draft
1. Sandeep Lamichanne
After a great season in PSL 2019, Sandeep Lamichanne has now again got into PSL Draft 2019. Sandeep Lamichanne is in the Platinum List of players in the PSL Draft 2019. Platinum List is the list of players with highest paid wages. Hence, it's almost fixed that he will be playing in the PSL 2019.
2. Paras Khadka
Along with Sandeep Lamichanne, the ex-captain of Nepali Cricket Team - Paras Khadka is now in the draft of PSL 2019. As Paras also got a chance to play for Team Abu Dhabi in T10 League this year, we can surely expect to see Paras in leagues like PSL and IPL now.
3. Aarif Sheikh
The top to middle order batsman Aarif Sheikh has also got into the draft list for PSL 2019. Yes, he has less chance than Paras Khadka and Sandeep Lamichanne, but we can surely expect and hope that he also gets in a PSL Team and prove his presence to the side he hopefully plays for.
4. Binod Bhandari
The hard hitter of the cricket ball - Binod Bhandari has now got a chance to get in the draft in the PSL 2019. He has proved his ability of sending the ball out of the park for Nepal and if any of the PSL Team will notice that, there is a big probabily of him to be selected to play in the PSL 2019.
5. Dipendra Singh Airee
The classic top to middle order batsman has also entered the draft of PSL 2019. Let's see how he will impact his presence until the PSL 2019 Draft will be held. Fingers Crossed and let's hope for the best for Dipendra.
6. Rohit Kumar Poudel
One more top to middle order batsman who has a serious ability to play jaw-dropping classical shots is now in the draft list of Nepali players in PSL 2019. Let's hope that a franchise of PSL sees his talent and hopefully include him in their squad.
7. Sharad Vesawkar
One more big name, despite he has been failing to show what he's capable of, his 89 runs innings against Hong Kong in the ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup 2019 will be a plus point to him. So, there not a single person who doubts this man's ability now.
8. Sompal Kami
To be very honest, I personally believe that this man - Sompal Kami, nicknamed 'Gulmi Express' has a very high chance to be picked by any of sides in PSL Draft 2019. He has already played in the Global T20 that increases his chance of being picked by a side for PSL 2019. Let's hope for the best for Somapal Kami as well.
