It has been 14 days since Paras Khadka announced his resignation as the Captain. Paras Khadka has now informed Cricket Association of Nepal that he is officially resigning from the post and won't be returning back again.

Paras Khadka
has officially resigned from the post of Nepali Cricket Team's captain. Paras Khadka was the captain of Nepali Cricket Team for about 10 years and is officially resigning now. CAN secretary Ashoknath Pyakurel said via email that Paras Khadka has now officially resigned from his Captain post. The upcoming meeting that will probably take place after Tihar will be looking for a substitute for the Captain post as MCC have a Tour to Nepal in the first week of November and the new captain must be ready to start off the campaign.

The International Cricket Council (ICC) removed the ban off Nepali Cricket Board but hours after the suspension Paras Khadka - the captain of the Nepali cricket team posted via Social Media that he is now resigning. Paras is the most successful captain of Nepali cricket who drove Nepal from a team who played Division 5 cricket and now all the way as a country that has ODI Status gained.
